Influenced by the yogi philosophy, the spirituality of my teachers and my belief in the benefits of Yoga and Pilates, my teaching style aims to create gentle and balanced as much as stimulating and invigorating classes. I focus on anchoring the body and mind at the start of the course, then I link the breath to the movement to end with the relaxation. My teaching style is benevolent and centered on an intermediate level while offering restful modifications for beginners and stimulating modifications for advanced participants. I like to share my passion in a good mood and help people find harmony between body and spirit.
