To launch the online classes and help you continue to feel good and exercise during this particular time, I invite you to share an hour of Hatha yoga this Saturday March 22, 2020 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am, (meditation - breathing - postures - relaxation) and one hour Pilates, Thursday, the 26th of March 2020 from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, strengthening of the deep muscles & abdominal belt (perineum - transverse - oblique).

Being online, I cannot see you and I do not know your state of health so your body is your only judge. Be gentle with yourself and don't force the exercises in any way. As such, your participation in this online course remains under your sole responsibility and it is up to you to adapt the practice to your state of health. After the class, drink lots of water to hydrate yourself and remove toxins from your body. Eat a healthy diet (fruits and vegetables) and don't rush into the next activity, but give your body and mind the time it takes to enjoy the benefits of this course.
